Room was very good and food was ok

I really liked the room (very clean and comfortable) and the beach is spectacular plus the supper on saturday night was very good

I did not like the snack bar it was very poor on variety and quality and the food during lunch did not have many choices for the price I paid $ 5,300 after taxes it was too high on a double room per person

Very disappointed no water in room for the whole night. Group of 4 could NOT shower or use toilet

No water in room for entire night in total....four guests could not take a shower or use bathroom or flush toilet all night. Water in room around 11:30am the next morning when checkout set for 1pm. Called front desk five times through the night and asked for water problem to be resolved or moved to another room. Maintenance did not come and resolve water until shortly before scheduled check out time the next morning. Very disappointed with lack of vital accomdations and resort management.

Disapointed, but had a roof over us for one night and some food to eat

Beach was nice. The room was clean. Basic needs were easy to fulfill.

Service was bad: first the lady on the reception refused to give the wifi passwd to open the booking.com confirmation. This was followed by an hour of negitiations at the desk since the discount price did not include our 6-year-old and they asked for 90 usd extra payment for our 7 hour visit to the hotel (checked out at night to catch our flight). Finally they refused to check in only me and the kids and made us pay 50 usd extra for the 6-year-old. Also cancellation of the booking was not ok for them. We enjoyed the beach and the room was ok. Food was average and the wine of poor quality. The service at the restaurant was not nice but more like just coping with the crowd. The hotel does not meet the standars that the final 200 usd room price would indicate.

Lovely room with a view

The best thing about my stay was the room. The most comfortable bed and pillows. I slept so well! I also liked the beach and location of the hotel.

I didn’t like the food. There was no variety (pretty much the same for lunch and dinner) and it was not as good as other all inclusive places in Punta Cana.

Overall our experience were really positive and we would definitely visit here again!

Everyone greeted you in the hotel including security staff, cleaners and garden workers. Hotel property was very clean and taken care of. Our room was also very clean and nice and cleaner always brought a new bottles of water when previous bottles were opened. Everything in our room worked as they should. All-inclusive buffet was very plentiful with over 20 choices to make in every meal and food's varied in every meal during the week. Beach and pool bar's worked nicely as well. Some other smart tips for the trip not regarding your choice of which hotel you choose: Taxis are really expensive and we used buses a lot (quaqua). It's a small bus and always quite full of local people and sometimes with a couple of hens. Quaqua's uses big roads so you need to walk one kilometer to the big road and then take quaqua to the Puerto Plata or Sosua and then walk a bit more to go where you wanted. Be careful those people who offers their help to you in the bus stop and wants to go with you and show you a sightseeing tour. They want to charge you quite much at the end with their stories about their poor families or sick mother or some other things. We didn't fall for those scams because we had read warnings about them before our trip. You can buy a local prepaid sim card with limitless data and 4G connection and use your google maps or some other apps to navigate your way. We used operator called "Claro" and bought the sim card in a nearby mall (Playa Dorada mall) and were very happy. Also use pesos as much as you can because all shops, taxi drivers and others do use very poor exchange rate if you choose to pay with dollars or euros. There are atm machines a lot where you can withdraw pesos.

Sometimes the staff specially in the buffet or the front desk was in a rush and under lot of pressure because of the mass of people. Sometimes you needed to wait a bit longer to be served. But when you learned the rush times you were able to go to the buffet a bit more quietly moments (specially dinner sometimes around 9 PM is a smart choice).

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE; THE WORST IN RD

Service is really bad and what has been published in the booking portal is 10x better than reality. The hotel and room are not so nice and clean, services are really poor, the night show is really low level .....I have left the resort before my planned leaving date !!!!!!

Frendly atmosthere is helpful for good rest.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The assortment in the restaurant is quite wide. Everybody can find something for ones taste. We especially like a beach with great view on the ocean and mount Isabel de Torres.

The hotel is falling apart, it should not be an option for people who don't know the area on your site, specially if there's other options around there, bad customer service the only person who made a difference was Junior the bellboy he tried and help with everything he could

Bad food, very poor, two nights there they didn't clean our room we had to go get some clean towels, the guys at the reception were rude and didn't care if help was needed, would not recommended.

Hola,realmente no fue lo que esperaba ya había estado en otro hotel de esta cadena y pensé que sería mejor ,pero me equivoqué,la comida es de pésima calidad,el agua de la piscina era de terror,la gente bebiendo todo el tiempo,nunca vi salir a alguien e ir al baño “me entienden”??era color amarillo,creí que al otro día iba a estar limpia ,pero otra vez me equivoqué !! Las habitaciones están bien,pero la comida tan mala y las moscas dando vueltas hicieron que nuestra estancia no fuera agradable,viaje con un bebé se dos años y se me complicó el tema de la alimentación,demás está decir que los cuatro nos fuimos descompuestos.Al equipo de animación hay que cambiarlo urgente .eldomingo a la noche el encargado del show se enojó por que necesitaba 5 participantes y fueron tres,entonces los mando a sentar y suspendió todo,dejando a la gente sentada esperando mientras ellos se fueron a beber como si nada .NO VUELVO. UNCA MAS!!! !

La comida es malísima,moscas sobre los alimentos!!!
